We are providing a Frequently Asked Questions page to let our customers find service and account information quickly and easily.

Question: Can I get indicators for any contracts that I want as part of a Plan package?

Answer: At present, we are offering standard packages that are comprised of the most requested markets of our customers. In the future, we will be offering many additional packages.

Question: Is there a plan that has numbers for listed and unlisted stocks?

Answer: Numbers for stocks are not yet available, we expect to have some stock packages available in September.

Question: Can I get numbers for foreign equities?

Answer: As soon as enough requests are received, we will be making numbers available for those most requested.

Question: Are discounts available for multiple package subscriptions?

Answer: Yes they are, prices will be quoted on a case by case basis.

Question: I notice that the indicators are skewed for day trading. Will you be offering numbers with a longer term perspective?

Answer: We expect to be offering more packages that will contain many more indicators per contract and have a longer term perspective.

Question: What are the cash markets?

Answer: The cash markets reference is in regard to foreign currencies, as demand dictates, we will be offering the indicators for these currencies.
